One of the best ways to improve your pelvic floor health is to improve your core strength - BUT one of the biggest mistakes I see women make when it comes to core work is not maintaining a neutral spine alignment.

When our spine is not in neutral alignment, our core, breat,h and pelvic floor cannot work effectively. Maintaining a neutral spine alignment in most things, but especially core work, is essential.
