30-Minute “Snowglobe” Morning Chair Yoga to Calm the Mind ❄️

In this chair yoga class we will create space to allow our thoughts to quiet down with a meditation followed by some gentle movement to clear your mind and get you set up the day ahead.

Filming this class during a snowstorm reminded me of the snowglobe metaphor of a busy brain and how we can let our thoughts settle like the flakes of snow in a snow globe.

So that is what we will be doing today in this beginner-friendly chair yoga class, giving space to allow our thoughts to quiet down with a meditation followed by some gentle movement to clear your mind and get you set up the day ahead.
